The next XVI Pan American Milk Congress (FEPALE 2020 - www.congresofepale.com) will be held in the beautiful city of Quito, Ecuador, from November 11 to 13, 2020.  Its main objective is to promote the development of the dairy chain throughout the region, combining common interests, resources, skills and talents, while proposing to act as a forum for linking the institutions of the sector. The Organizing Committee is made up of FEPALE members from Ecuador, who are; Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, Government of Pichincha, Dairy Industry Center, Livestock Association of the Sierra y Oriente and El Ordeño.  The event will be translated into three languages; Spanish, English and Portuguese. Approximately 900 participants are expected during the event that will face an international academic agenda.   These will be the main thematic axes of the event: Market, Production, Industrialization, Consumption. The Pan American Dairy Federation (FEPALE) was founded on November 26, 1991, with the task of bringing together the dairy sector of the Americas.
