The International conference on Advances in Crop Improvement and Agronomy (ACIA2019) will be held from March 23 to 25, 2019 in Xi’an, China. It is sponsored by Engineering Information Institute, Open Access Library, Scientific Research Publishing, and 1000thinktank. This Conference will cover issues on Crop Improvement and Agronomy. The aim of ACIA 2019 is to provide a stage for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their latest research results and advanced research methods.  Xi'an, is the capital of Shaanxi province, located in central-northwest China, records the great changes of the country just like a living history book.
