The creative side of the coffee industry will be celebrated at the Barista Redefined Challenge as the baristas are put under the scrutiny, not only on taste and technique, but also on presentation, and service. The battle is on! Organised by Singapore Desserts Association, the first Asian Gelato Challenge aims to create new culinary trends and raise the level of creativity and professionalism by showcasing Asia's finest gelato artisans. Get ready to cheer for the exceptional talent showcased at this competition!
