Surpass centricity: Diversify, embed, and champion patient voices from Clinical to Commercial The way pharma gets a glimpse through the patient lens is changing, fast. If you're not focused on embedding the lived experience across the entire organization and adapting your internal infrastructure to enable it in actionable terms, you're already falling behind. Independent Patient Review Committees, patients as Chief Patient Officers and Vice Presidents of Patient Advocacy are becoming the norm. The way we interact with patients and advocacy groups in R and D, trials and commercialization is rapidly adapting to encompass growing online communities, social media influencers, and other digital channels. And novel hybrid engagement strategies that put patient need and preference above all else are now beyond an expectation. Pharma and Patients USA 2021 will bring together a diverse range of patient and pharma voices leading the way in embedding lived experience across the value chain, from research to post-launch.
