All accepted papers will be included in the ASCE Library database and submitted to EI Compendex for indexing. Abstracts should be approximately 150 words in length. Full papers must be written in English and formatted according to the guidelines provided on the conference website. Formatted papers should be no fewer than 4 pages and no more than 12 pages. Papers should be submitted electronically in MS Word format. At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration and payment by the specified deadline for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
