Based on the previous 11 events, CMSE 2023 will continue to dedicate to covering all theoretical and experimental aspects of materials science and engineering aiming at providing an international academic platform for researchers and scholars to present their latest findings, and to facilitate networking and in-depth discussion with peers from different countries. The topics include Materials Science; Composite, Coating and Ceramic Materials; Metals, Mining, Metallurgy and Materials; Structural Materials; Surface Science and Engineering; Characterization & Testing; Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology; Electronic, Optical and Magnetic Materials; Mechanics, etc. **Publication**: Accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings (Scopus/Compendex indexed).
