This first day will finish with a session on insider trading and the effects of low priced securities fraud.
Day two will discuss different considerations for building a trade monitoring program through a case study, operational efficiency and tools for business insight and how this can facilitate real time reporting. There will be a second case study on the operational response to trade surveillance and the impact of compliance on this.
