International Symposium on Fundamental and Applied Sciences (ISFAS) is organized by Higher Education Forum (HEF). The 1st ISFAS was held in June, 2013 in Seoul, the 2nd ISFAS was held in March, 2014 in Tokyo, and the 3rd ISFAS was held in Osaka, 2015 in Japan.

The 4th International Symposium on Fundamental and Applied Sciences(ISFAS) will be held on March 29-31, 2016, in Kyoto, Japan. Our aim is to a communication platform for professors, researchers and scholars around the world to deliver their latest innovative research result and the most recent development and trends in fundamental and applied sciences field.

Located at the ancient capital of Japan, Kyoto Research Park (KRP) is set at a convenient spot.
