The Core of the Bioeconomy: New Developments in Bio-based Building Blocks and Platform Chemicals

- For its 10th anniversary, the International Conference on Bio-based Materials, 10-11 May, Cologne, Germany, has a special focus: Bio-based building blocks and platform chemicals.

The conference is aimed at providing international major players from the bio-based building blocks, polymers and industrial biotechnology industries with an opportunity to present and discuss their latest developments and strategies. The conference builds on successful previous conferences: 300 participants and 30 exhibitors mainly from industry are expected.



The application process for the Start-up session and the competition for the prestigious Innovation Award: "Bio-based Material of the Year 2017” are still open.
