Yet, many business leaders are concerned about cloud security, privacy, availability and data protection. To discuss and address these issues, we are inviting researches who focus on cloud computing to shed more light on this emerging field. This special issue is intended to cover contributions in all aspects of cloud-centric and outsourced computing such as a Service, Categories, Network, Infrastructure, Platform, Function and software. This special issue will additionally select high quality papers from 8th International Conference on Cloud Computing: Services and Architecture (CLOUD 2019) held in Toronto, Canada, July 2019. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: Authors are solicited to contribute to this special Issue by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences that describe significant advances in the following areas, but are not limited to Cloud Application, Infrastructure and Platforms Cloud Applications in Vertical Industries Cloud Based, Parallel Processing Cloud Business Cloud Computing Architecture Cloud Storage and File Systems Consolidation Design Tool for Cloud Computing Location Based Services, Presence, Availability, and Locality Maintenance and Management of Cloud Computing Mobile Clouds for New Millennium, Mobile Devices Networks within Cloud systems, the Storage Area, and to the Outside Virtualization in the Context of Cloud Computing NoSQL Data Stores Performance, SLA Management and Enforcement Platforms Resource Provisioning Security Techniques for the Cloud Service-Oriented Architecture in Cloud Computing Social Clouds (Social Networks in the Cloud) System Integration, Virtual Compute Clusters Virtualization on Platforms in the Cloud Energy Management and Programming Environments Data storage and Management in Cloud Computing Case Studies and Theories in Cloud Computing The Open Cloud: Cloud Computing and Open Source Notes for Prospective Authors Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this Issue. Manuscripts should be written in English and strictly follow the guideline of the Journal IJCNC. The extended version of the selected papers from "CLOUD 2019" could be submitted to this special issue. The revised version must have at least 40% difference from the conference paper.
