ITSS is a wide platform for major decision-makers in tourism and destination marketing, in which knowledge and experience will be shared, ideas will be exchanged and mutual learning will occur so that each attendee will gain a ready to use toolkit to be taken back home and implemented.



This pioneering summit looks at the intersections of tourism with security and crises, with regards to crisis management, crisis communication, destination image management and recovery marketing. The summit is a meeting place for any travel and tourism decision maker, marketer, operator and security professional that may be affected by a crisis or a security event.

We expect a large variety of professionals, stakeholders and senior decision makers in the travel, tourism and security industries with emphases on Marketing and Strategy Managers that are in charge for tourism marketing strategy, crises management and image management.
