Accepted and registered papers can be published in International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM, which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex and submitted to be reviewed by Scopus and Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science) or International Journal of Bioscience, Biochemistry and Bioinformatics(IJBBB, ISSN: 2010-3638).

2. Prof. Tuan D. Pham from Linkoping University, Sweden and Assoc. Prof. Wang Lipo from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore have joined as Keynote Speaker.
