The Education Unit of ATINER will hold A Stream on “Identity and Education” as part of the 20th Annual International Conference on Education, 21-24 May 2018, Athens, Greece sponsored by the Athens Journal of Education.



This stream on identity of education has purpose to encourage academics from different educational fields and geopolitical areas to discuss about connections between the following:



identity and (moral) philosophy

identity and society

identity and history

identity within cultural migrations and heritage

identity and juridical practice

identity and economics

identity and educational management

identity and politics

identity and (European) educational system

identity and Project Management and Development

The right to education is universal right and belongs to every human being, weather of his or her racial or cultural or economic or social or religious or juridical and moral affiliation.

Special arrangements will be made with a local hotel for a limited number of rooms at a special conference rate. In addition, a number of special events will be organized: A pragmatic symposium (as organized in Ancient Athens but fine tuned to synchronous ethics), a special one-day educational island tour, a Mycanae and island of Poros visit, an Athens educational walking tour, an one-day visit to Delphi and an ancient Corinth and Cape Sounion visit.
