Publication:Conference Proceedings:Each accepted paper must register and present at the conference. No-show papers will be excluded from the final proceedings. Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by program committees and technical committee, and accepted papers will be published into ICBIM 2026 conference proceedings by IEEE after registration and presentation. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex & Scopus.Mandatory Requirement:1. At least one author of each accepted paper must attend the conference and deliver a presentation.2. No-show papers will be excluded.3. All submitted articles should report original, not AI-generating research, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.
