This conference aims to provide a dynamic platform for scientists, engineers, educators, and students worldwide to exchange ideas, showcase their research, and foster interdisciplinary and international collaboration. Each submission is anonymously reviewed by an average of three independent reviewers, to ensure the final high standard and quality of submitted papers. All accpeted and registrated papers will be published by IEEE, and will be sent to included by IEEE Xplore, EI, Scopus.
