2019 International Conference on Materials Science and Engineering (ICMSE 2019) will be held in Kyoto Research Park Corp,Kyoto, Japan. Prof Masaru Tanaka from Institute for Materials Chemistry and Engineering, Kyushu University, Japan will be our conference chair. Assoc. Prof. Wong Wah Sang from Department of Architecture, University of Hong Kong wil give keynote speach. After a careful reviewing process by at least 2-3 experts, all accepted and registered papers will be published in "Materials Science Forum" (ISSN: 1662-9752)， which will be indexed by Ei Compendex and SCOPUS, SCImago Journal & Country Rank (SJR), Inspec.
